Walking along the Arno River takes about 20 minutes to the Uffizi Gallery and 30 minutes to the historic centre. Florence Airport is 12 km away. A supermarket is about a 3-minute walk, and a cafe is about 2 minutes away. The area is well served by public transport, making car-free exploration easy.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bath and bidet), a large living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, and a separate fully equipped kitchen. It is located on the 4th floor with lift access. The sitting room has large windows overlooking the river, and a terrace offers river views. There is also a back balcony with a washing line for drying clothes. The road-facing terrace may feel less usable due to traffic noise. Central air conditioning, parquet floors, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a washing machine, and ironing facilities are included. The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.

Free private parking is available on site in an underground garage (no reservation needed). Access involves using keys to unlock a couple of doors each time you enter or exit - the garage is roomy once inside, and the lift connects to the apartment. Pets are not allowed, and the property is non-smoking. Accepted cards: American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, CartaSi, MasterCard.
