The surrounding area is peaceful and safe, with a park a few metres from the property. The hill location provides a panoramic setting and quiet privacy, but a car is recommended for easy access and for exploring the city.

The accommodation comprises one separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower, plus a generous living room that creates a home-like feel. The private terrace is the central feature - large, with comfortable seating, sun shade, and panoramic sea views. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, and a dining table. The unit has two beds: one in the bedroom and an extra bed. Air conditioning and heating are provided.
