LV ROOMS & APARTMENTS AM LUETZOWPLATZ, Berlin

The property sits on a busy main road in lively Schöneberg, yet the area around Tiergarten park (700 m) remains peaceful. Nollendorfplatz station provides direct U-Bahn access to Alexanderplatz and Kurfürstendamm. Bus route 100 runs past the door toward the centre. KaDeWe department store (1 km), Berlin Zoo (1 km) and the Victory Column (2 km) are all within easy reach. Numerous cafés and international restaurants are found within a 5-minute walk.

Rooms are modern and bright, each featuring a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Some units have a work desk, and an electric kettle is provided. Ground-floor rooms face the street with limited privacy - the security shutters may not function, so windows left open for ventilation compromise security. Rooms vary in size; single rooms are compact. Matresses on some beds are older and may feel uneven. Furniture can be dated and some drawers are broken or non-functional. The shared kitchen is available but is often reported as unclean and poorly equipped; apartment kitchenettes contain only a sink, kettle, and small fridge.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the property. Guests planning meals should rely on the shared kitchen (basic facilities) or dine out. Within a 300-500 m radius you will find Ambrosius, Lebensstern, Il Valentino, Bella's Bistro, Bakery & Cafe Brotzeit, Ristorante Tra Di Noi, Pizzeria Verdura, and Ulrichs - offering a range of cuisines from Italian to German and international options.
