MAJESTIC 4 AT REGANWAY RW4, London

The location is especially convenient for public transport: Hoxton station (0.5 km) provides quick access to the tube, and bus stops are nearby. Brick Lane (2 km) and Liverpool Street Underground Station (2 km) are within walking distance. Sky Garden (3 km) and Tower of London (3 km) are also accessible. London City Airport is 12 km away. A cluster of eight restaurants, cafes, and delis - including Cub, Kitchen Dhaanya, Monty's Deli, and The Ginger Pig Cafe - are within a 3-minute walk, ideal for meals when not self-catering. The area is lively, which means street noise is common - particularly at night. For longer stays, the location allows easy exploration of Shoreditch and the City.

The apartment includes a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed that can be moved to the living room. The bathroom features a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. A washing machine is provided. The living area has a flat-screen TV. Condition and cleanliness on arrival have been inconsistent - the property may show wear such as scuffed walls, damaged blinds, and dated furniture. The walls are thin, and noise from the street and neighbours is frequently audible. Windows offer limited soundproofing. The beds, especially the sofa bed, are firm. The apartment is on the second floor with stair access only - no lift.

The property does not have a gym, pool, or spa. The local area offers boating opportunities. The central location provides easy access to city attractions and parks for outdoor leisure.
