La Malagueta Beach is 2 km away - about a 25-minute walk or a short tram ride. Several supermarkets and fruit shops are just metres away, and a good selection of tapas bars and restaurants (Buenavista Gastrobar, El Tapeo de Cervantes, Bar Salamanca) are within a 300-500 metre radius. The property's code lock allows 24-hour access, which is particularly useful for late flights or exploring after dark. No on-site parking makes car-free city exploration the most practical option; the tram stop nearby provides easy access to the beach and other neighbourhoods.

The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two. An extra bed can be added in the living room if needed. Air conditioning and heating are provided throughout, and the parquet floors add a clean, comfortable feel. The bathroom is private and kept in good condition. The main living area includes a dining table, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi that works reliably in every room and on the terrace. A washing machine is available for light luggage travel. There are no rooms with a balcony - the primary outdoor space is the shared roof terrace.

The apartment offers no restaurant or breakfast service.
