The property sits in a prime beachfront area between the marina and the historic core. La Malagueta Beach is 3 minutes' walk; Malaga Park is 600 metres. The Picasso Museum, Malaga Cathedral and Alcazaba are all within 1 km. The Port of Malaga is 3 km and the train station is 3 km. The immediate street is a quiet dead-end, but the side alley can feel unkempt and the area has late-night activity at a nearby venue. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy are within 300 metres. Taxis may not know the street; use the port or the beach as a reference point.

Each studio is a self-contained unit with a private entrance, double bed, sofa (often reported as worn), dining area, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, utensils and electric kettle. The private bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Many ground-floor rooms face an inner courtyard with limited daylight and noise from the street and neighbours. Walls are thin; noise from neighbouring units and outdoor gatherings is common. Some rooms have no window or only a small courtyard-facing window. The overall feel is basic and budget-oriented.

No on-site restaurant or breakfast is offered. Every studio has a fully equipped kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, kettle and utensils, allowing you to prepare simple meals. Within 300 metres you will find a variety of dining options including 100 Montaditos, Cafe de Paris, Kazoku Ramen, and La Gran Corona. A supermarket is nearby for groceries. The beachfront and port area offer many more restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk.

Leisure activities revolve around the beach and the city's cultural landmarks. La Malagueta Beach is a 3-minute walk; Malaga Park (600 m) and the marina with its restaurants and water sports are adjacent. The historic centre, museums and Alcazaba are within a 10-15 minute walk. There is no pool, gym, spa or dedicated leisure facility on site.
