MANHATTAN BUSINESS HOTEL TTDI, Kuala Lumpur

Manhattan Business Hotel TTDI is located in Petaling Jaya, just a 400-metre walk from TTDI MRT Station and 500 metres from Tropicana City Mall. Major shopping centres such as 1 Utama (2 km) are nearby. KidZania Kuala Lumpur and The Curve are 7 km away. The nearest airport, Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah, is 16 km from the property. The surrounding area includes a 7-Eleven convenience store and a variety of restaurants within a short walk. Basement parking is available but managed separately and requires cash payment. Although the hotel is situated near a highway, the immediate surroundings remain quiet, and the MRT station provides easy access to the city centre.

Room options include single rooms styled like a train cabin and double rooms with walk-in showers or light-box views of Manhattan City. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with a safe, electric kettle, free toiletries, and slippers. Private bathrooms are wet-style without glass separation. Room sizes are compact; some rooms lack windows. Air conditioning performance has been inconsistent in some units. Mattresses in some rooms show wear. The lift can be noisy, so rooms near it may experience disturbance. For a more comfortable stay, request a room with a window on a higher floor away from the lift and check the air conditioner upon arrival.

Breakfast is included in many rates and consists of bread, toast, butter, jam, and hot beverages. Occasionally, a single portion of nasi lemak or roti canai per person is provided. Breakfast hours are 7:30 to 10:30. The hotel does not operate a restaurant; however, the surrounding area offers a 7-Eleven convenience store and multiple dining options within a 400-metre walk.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no charge, though reliability is inconsistent. Daily housekeeping is included but may not occur every day unless requested. The 24-hour front desk assists with luggage storage and general inquiries. The lift is known for being slow. An iron and ironing board are available in the common area on each floor. Security features include CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms. No airport shuttle is offered. The nearest MRT station is a short walk for public transport connections.
