The apartment is situated on a major thoroughfare in Bologna's historic centre, within easy walking distance of Piazza Maggiore (10-12 min), the Two Towers, and Via dell'Indipendenza (600 m). Bologna Central Station is about 15 minutes on foot, and the airport (BLQ) is 9 km away - reachable by taxi or bus. The surrounding area is dense with restaurants, bars, cafés, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, all within a 2-minute walk. The street itself is very busy and noisy day and night, and the apartment's windows provide limited sound insulation - this is a trade-off for the central location. Bus stops for routes to the stadium and other city areas are nearby.

The apartment comprises a separate living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bidet, shower, and hairdryer. It is described as spacious, clean, and recently renovated, with good air conditioning in both rooms. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, and basic cookware. The bed mattresses and sofa bed are noted as uncomfortable and worn; the sofa bed in particular is reported to be very lumpy. Pillows are described as poor quality and sometimes not fresh. There is no separate bedroom door - the sleeping area is a recess off the living space, making it effectively a studio. Street-facing windows lack effective blackout curtains (only a single darkening curtain), so privacy and light control are limited. No microwave or toaster is provided.

There is no gym, pool, or spa at the property. Leisure consists entirely of exploring Bologna's historic centre, museums such as MAMbo (5 min walk), and the Quadrilatero market area. Rafting is available in the wider surrounding region.

WiFi is available free of charge throughout the apartment. Air conditioning and heating are provided via a single unit that serves both rooms; the bathroom is not heated separately. There is no on-site parking; paid parking is available at Riva Reno, a 10-minute walk away.
