Malaga Airport is 9 km away; a pre-booked taxi is the most straightforward option for airport transfers. No parking is available, so the apartment is best suited to travellers arriving on foot or by taxi. The central pedestrian zone means that car access to the door is not possible.

The property comprises a separate bedroom with a double bed (reported as small), a living room with a dining table and sofa bed, and a tiny shower bathroom (the shower is very narrow - bending to wash feet can knock the tap). The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware and a washing machine, making self-catering possible. The flat-screen TV, free WiFi, air conditioning and heating are all present. However, the apartment has several significant drawbacks: the living-room double window does not open, so there is no cross-ventilation; the bedroom window opens onto a narrow, dirty light shaft used by pigeons, with no fresh air. The external patio described in marketing is in reality a small, dirty shaft with bird droppings and feathers, and the balcony overlooking the street is also filthy. Noise from the elevator, neighbours, street activity (until midnight) and nearby construction (from 9 am) is a major issue, with poor sound insulation. The apartment is best suited for short, budget-conscious stays where the guest plans to be out all day and only sleep here.
