MAVERICK RATCHADA HOTEL, Bangkok

The hotel sits on a busy road, which results in significant street noise, especially in front-facing rooms. The 600-metre distance to the MRT station is manageable but feels longer on foot; the complimentary golf cart shuttle makes the trip easier. Nearby restaurants include Lung Nan Noodle and McDonald's within 0.5 km, and Nathong Roasted Duck, Bankoku shabu-shabu, and Mom Restaurant Bkk within 1 km. The non-smoking property is wheelchair accessible via lift.

The rooms are compact and furnished simply. Noise from neighbouring rooms and the street is common due to thin walls and poor window sealing. Some bathrooms feature dated fittings and experience low water pressure or only cold water. The refrigerator is powered by the key card, so it stops cooling when the room is unoccupied. Balconies are small. The property is entirely non-smoking.

The breakfast includes fried eggs, watermelon, bread, and hot beverages. The selection remains the same each day, and the food is frequently cold due to unheated serving areas. The restaurant may also serve lunch and dinner, but specific dishes are not described. Several local restaurants are located within 0.5 to 1 km for alternative dining.

The fitness centre provides basic exercise equipment. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, or other recreational facilities. Guests seeking extensive leisure amenities should plan to use external venues.
