The apartment is a 7-minute walk from San Andres Beach and 400 metres from the Automobile and Fashion Museum. Malaga Airport is 6 km away, and the Picasso Museum is 4 km from the property. The Huelin neighbourhood offers several cafés, bars and restaurants within a 5-10-minute walk, including Tano's and Bar Mercado de Huelin (0.5 km). The building itself is in an older block with narrow, steep stairs; the surrounding streets are walkable for beach and local shops, but car access is limited by the complete absence of parking.

The studio includes a private bathroom, a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker and kitchenware. The living area has a sofa bed, dining table, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The unit has one double bed. Multiple verified reports indicate that many units are in very poor condition: broken cupboards, cracked walls, non-functional washing machines, broken blinds, stained sofas and mattresses, cockroach infestations, dirty dishes, dust on floors, moisture stains, poor water pressure, and unresponsive host communication. The overall cleanliness and maintenance are far below what the photos suggest. The room is very small; leaving a suitcase on the floor can block access to the bathroom. Road-facing rooms may hear noise from thin walls and gaps around the door. Light sleepers and travellers with high hygiene expectations should not book this apartment.

There is no restaurant, bar or breakfast service at the property. The studio has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker and kitchenware for self-catering. Several dining options are within a short walk: Tano's (0.5 km), Bar Mercado de Huelin (0.5 km), and other cafés and restaurants such as Marisqueria Huelin, Cafeteria La Galeona, Cafeteria Don Federico, DeHuelva Sierra, La Guerta and Restaurante Casa Atenea (all approx. 0.5 km). For a fuller meal or variety, the nearby beachfront and Huelin market area offer additional choices.

Wi-Fi is available in all areas free of charge. There is no parking on site. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out until 11:00.
