MEZZANINE II ALOJAMIENTO TEMPORAL, Madrid

This apartment sits in a vibrant central area, less than 1 km from Puerta de Atocha, Plaza Mayor, and the Prado Museum, with Reina Sofia Museum a 7-minute walk away. Two metro lines are within a 10-minute walk, and Atocha train station is close by for rail connections. The neighbourhood is lively, with numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and a supermarket right outside. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 15 km away.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with one bed, a living room with a seating area and sofa, and a bathroom with a shower. It includes air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. The property has a private entrance and is non-smoking. The unit is spacious, but the front room couch is noted as uncomfortable, and the bed slats are unreliable. The apartment receives very little natural daylight, can be cold even with heating, and is subject to significant noise from neighbours and the street.
