The apartment is situated in a pedestrian-friendly zone on Largo Corsia dei Servi, 11, directly above the city's main shopping district. Duomo Milan is 700 m away, Palazzo Reale a 6-minute walk, and Museo Del Novecento 600 m. San Babila metro station is a 2-minute walk, giving direct access to Milan Linate Airport (7 km) and the central station. For drivers, paid underground parking is available at Vittorio Emanuele and Mediolanum garages within a 2-minute walk. The area is full of restaurants, bars, and shops, making it a convenient base for exploring Milan without a car.

Each apartment features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a well-equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, iron), and a seating area with a flat-screen TV (Netflix and Prime). Units range from compact studios to spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments (the two-bedroom has two bathrooms). All rooms are air-conditioned (conditions vary in October per municipal rules), soundproofed, and have window curtains. Rooms are on floors 3 and 8; the building has three elevators (no porter service). Comfortable sofa beds are available in some room types; one-bedroom apartments have a separate living room with a sofa bed.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, iron, and utensils), allowing self-catering. There is no breakfast service or restaurant on site. However, the immediate neighbourhood has numerous dining options: Diciotto Milano Lounge Bar, Antica Cremeria San Carlo Al Cordo, Gino Sorbillo, and Langosteria Cafe Milano are all within 0.5 km. Several cafes and bakeries are also nearby for morning pastries and coffee.
