MILANO SUITE - PORTA VENEZIA, Milan

The location is consistently noted as a top feature, with a 9.4 area score. Lima Metro is 300 metres away, giving direct access to the city's metro and tram lines. Central Station is a 12-minute walk or a 10-minute tram ride. Milan Linate Airport is 7 km away, reachable by tram and metro. Brera Art Gallery is 3 km and La Scala 3 km on foot or by public transport. The street is quiet most of the time, with shops, restaurants and bars immediately nearby. The ground-floor setting means the apartment faces the street; keeping shutters closed limits natural light.

The apartment includes one bedroom with one double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to four people. The private bathroom has a shower and bidet. The well-equipped kitchen features a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, and kitchenware. The living space offers a seating area, dining table, flat-screen TV, and a washing machine. Air conditioning and heating are provided. The unit is on the ground floor with no balcony, which means street-facing windows - keeping shutters closed for privacy reduces light, a point to consider if natural brightness is important. The space is described as spotlessly clean and comfortable for a short stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a coffee machine with capsules. For eating out, over a dozen restaurants, bistros and bars are within a 5-minute walk, including Architorta Bistrot, Bruschetteria Grill&BBQ by Eataly, and Ristorante Pizzeria Sabatini. Breakfast availability depends on the selected room option; many find the kitchen adequate for preparing their own meals. The host can provide restaurant recommendations for the area.

Free WiFi with speeds up to 613 Mbps is available throughout the apartment, suitable for streaming 4K content and video calls. Express check-in and check-out are offered, and self check-in is possible after 20:00. The host is known to be responsive and flexible, often accommodating late checkout requests. A washing machine is in the unit. There is no parking on site, no airport shuttle, and no restaurant. Pets are not allowed. The property is non-smoking and features a lift in the building.
