The area offers easy access via metro and tram, with a large shopping centre, Tesco supermarket, and several dining options (Indian, Italian, bar) within 0.3-0.5 km. The location is practical and convenient, though the main tourist sights are a 30-minute walk or 15-minute tram ride away.

The apartment includes 1 separate bedroom and 1 living room with a converted sofa bed, 1 bathroom with a shower (or bath), free toiletries, and a hairdryer.
