The well-fitted kitchen includes a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchenware. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, a washing machine (without dryer), ironing facilities, and a dining table. A balcony adds outdoor space. There are no on-site wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, gym, or sauna. The neighbourhood compensates with a lively atmosphere along the Navigli canals, where bars, restaurants, and a good ice cream shop provide plenty of casual leisure options within a short walk.

Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment, along with air conditioning and heating. A lift provides access, and the property is smoke-free. Pets are allowed, though charges may apply. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and seasonings, and the washing machine includes capsules - though no dryer function. The host provides clear, detailed directions for a seamless self-check-in, and an invoice can be provided upon request. The overall service is responsive, practical, and aimed at a smooth stay.
