A supermarket, several restaurants, and a café operate on the ground floor, and two shopping malls are within walking distance. The area feels busy and secure with 24-hour security, though some find the location not as central as expected: reaching the main park or KLCC can take 40 minutes by bus or require a taxi. The building is shared with many residents, leading to occasional elevator wait times of up to 15 minutes.

Units include a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle, plus a dining table and flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix, etc.).
