Hotel Details

Location

The property sits in a high-rise in a residential area 4 km from Nice-Ville Station, with a tram stop right outside.

Located 4 km from Nice-Ville Train Station, 4 km from the Russian Orthodox Cathedral and Avenue Jean Medecin, and 8 km from Castle Hill of Nice. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 9 km away. The tram stop at the building provides direct service: 12 minutes to the train station and 17 minutes to the beach. The neighbourhood is a large public housing complex with local shops and a pizza place 500 m away. The area feels isolated from the city centre and is better navigated by tram than on foot or by car. Parking on the street is extremely difficult to find, and the nearest tram parking is 100 m away with very limited spaces.
