The property is directly off the Boardwalk - no streets to cross - making beach access effortless. The Ocean City Pier is a 15-minute walk away, and Jolly Roger Amusement Park is 3 km by car. The Convention Center on Coastal Highway is about 40 blocks distant. Parking your car on the free private lot allows you to leave the vehicle and walk to most attractions, restaurants, and shops. Nearby dining options include Pizza Mambo, Flavors of Italy, and Beach Bros Pizza, all within a 5-minute walk.

Accommodations range from studios to 4-bedroom apartments, sleeping up to 12 people. All units include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a private bathroom. Most living rooms feature a sofa bed, and each apartment has a private entrance. Bedding configurations vary: for example, a 4-bedroom unit has double beds in two bedrooms, two doubles in a third, and two bunk beds in the fourth. Some apartments are two-story. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, cookware, and a regular coffee pot. The beds come with fitted sheets, pillows, and bedspreads; you must supply your own top sheets and pillowcases. Some units have a fireplace. Limited outlets and dated furniture are noted in some apartments; road-facing units may experience more noise, and one-bedroom apartments may lack a TV in the separate bedroom.

All apartments are equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, and silverware, allowing you to prepare breakfast and other meals. Nearby dining is abundant: Pizza Mambo, Flavors of Italy, and Hooters on the Boardwalk are all about a 3-minute walk away, and 4th Street Taphouse is a 5-minute walk. Several other casual restaurants and pubs are within a short stroll, making it easy to find a variety of cuisines within walking distance.

Nock Apartments does not offer a swimming pool, spa, or gym. The beach is directly accessible within a few steps, and the Boardwalk is a 2-minute walk away, providing ample opportunity for swimming, sunbathing, and strolls. Outdoor showers are available for rinsing off sand after the beach. A designated smoking area is located on the balconies, and some apartments have garden views or face a patio.

Parking is free and private on-site, with one spot per apartment (some 3- and 4-bedroom units get two). No reservation is needed, but space is limited. Pets are allowed on request for a fee of $20-$25 per night (under 23 kg). The check-in age is 18. A refundable $50-per-person security deposit is collected. There is no daily housekeeping; you must bring your own towels, top sheets, toiletries, and paper products. Wi-Fi is available only on the porch near the office, not inside the apartments.
