The neighbourhood is practical and safe, though some streets have a local urban character rather than a tourist-centre gloss. For car-free travellers, the location is exceptionally convenient; drivers will find no on-site parking and should plan for paid public lots nearby.

The accommodation consists of capsule-style dormitory beds in single-sex dorms. Each capsule bed is notably spacious - more generous than many Tokyo hostels - with a built-in shelf, clothes hooks, a power outlet, a light switch, and space inside for a small bag. Lower bunks are available on request. The female-only dorm has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink, plus a dedicated vanity area for makeup and hair drying, and is secured with a code-locked entrance.
