OSCAR, Nice

The apartment sits 300 metres from the Russian Orthodox Cathedral and less than 1 km from Nice-Ville Train Station, making day trips along the coast or into the hills straightforward. Avenue Jean Medecin, the main shopping thoroughfare, is a 13-minute walk, while the Promenade des Anglais is about 1 km away. Tram and bus stops are within a few minutes' walk - the tram runs directly to the airport and bus line 8 heads to the beachfront. Several mini-supermarkets, a Carrefour, a bakery, and a good range of affordable restaurants are within a block or two, so picking up supplies or grabbing a quick meal is easy even without a car.

The apartment offers 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the living area has a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a dining table. Air conditioning, soundproof walls, blackout blinds, and a tea and coffee maker add to the comfort. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator - something to keep in mind when carrying luggage. The space works well for families or small groups, and the modern, clean finish is consistent with the photos.

For outdoor leisure, the Plage Blue Beach is accessible on foot in about 16 minutes, and the Promenade des Anglais is roughly 1 km away - ideal for morning runs or evening strolls. Boating activities are available in the wider Nice area. The apartment does not have a pool, gym, spa, or on-site leisure facilities, so guests seeking extensive wellness amenities will need to explore options in the city centre.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The apartment includes a washing machine and a dishwasher for practical convenience. Check-in is from 15:00 and the host can accommodate early luggage drop-off if arranged in advance - useful for guests arriving before the official check-in time. An invoice is provided upon request. There is no on-site parking, no lift, and no reception desk; all communication is handled by the host, who is typically quick to respond. Smoke alarms are fitted for safety. The property is entirely non-smoking.
