All apartments feature a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (double, 135 cm wide). Standard and superior apartments have one bathroom with a shower (no bathtubs); deluxe two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms. Superior apartments are on the ground, first, or second floor; deluxe apartments are on the ground floor; standard apartments are on the third floor. Some apartments are maisonette-style with the bedroom and bathroom on an upper level, while others are single-level. Kitchenettes include a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and tea/coffee maker. Beds are consistently described as very comfortable, and the apartments are spacious, clean, and quiet. Road-facing rooms exist, but the building's interior plaza keeps many units peaceful.
