Hotel Details

Location

Situated just off Place Massena, this apartment places you steps from cafés, shops, the tram, and a 6-minute walk to Plage Beau Rivage.

The location is the standout asset: Plage Beau Rivage is reachable in 6 minutes on foot, MAMAC museum and Castle Hill are within 12 minutes' walk, and Avenue Jean Medecin is 11 minutes away. Nice-Ville Train Station is 1 km (a 15-minute walk) and Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 6 km via tram or bus. The surrounding area is packed with dining options - So Green, Le Loft, Le Gioffredo, and Namaste Nice India are all within 0.5 km. The property sits in the car-free centre, making walking and public transport the most practical ways to get around.

Accommodation

A one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a separate living room, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The apartment comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living room with a sofa bed, and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Extra amenities include a washing machine, ironing facilities, soundproof walls, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Large windows let in natural light, and the city views add character. The air conditioning is a portable unit, which is effective but less powerful than a built-in system. The space is best for two people who plan to spend most of their time exploring, as the living room is compact. The parquet floor and overall decor are clean and well-maintained.

Dining

There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but the kitchenette allows self-catering, and numerous cafés and restaurants are steps away.

The property does not provide breakfast, lunch, or dinner service, but the kitchenette is well equipped for cooking simple meals. For eating out, the immediate area is saturated with choices: So Green (0.5 km), Le Loft (0.5 km), Le Gioffredo (0.5 km), and Namaste Nice India (0.5 km) are a few steps away. La Villa d'Este, La Maison de Marie, and Attimi are also within 0.5 km. This makes self-catering or spontaneously dining out very convenient. The coffee machine on-site is a plus for quick morning drinks.
