This is a studio layout - the bed, sofa and kitchenette are in one open space, with a separate bathroom and private balcony. The unit features a king-size double bed and a sofa bed suitable for an adult or two children. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine. A washing machine, air conditioning, parquet floors and a flat-screen TV with streaming services are provided. The balcony offers full sun for most of the day, with sea and marina views. The bed is positioned opposite the window, so you wake up directly to the view.
