Hotel Details

Location

Located in a safe, central neighbourhood 5-15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, next to shops, bakeries, and restaurants.
The apartment sits on a quiet street in the Passy district, with a supermarket directly opposite and a bakery two doors away. The Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro are a 5-15 minute walk. Metro Passy (line 6) is 5 minutes on foot, and Trocadéro (line 9) is also close, providing direct routes to the Louvre, Champs-Élysées, and Montmartre. RER and bus stops are within the same block, making the journey from Paris Orly Airport (24 km) straightforward via RER B and metro line 6. The area feels safe even after dark, and multiple restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

Accommodation

A spacious 50 m2 one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room, sleeping up to 4 adults.
The apartment comprises a private bedroom with a large comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, plus a spacious living room with a dining table, smart TV with streaming services, and a sofa bed that opens to accommodate two adults. Parquet floors run throughout. The bedroom faces a quiet inner courtyard, so road noise is minimal for light sleepers. The bathroom includes free toiletries, a hairdryer, and plentiful hot water (no boiler limit). Ironing facilities and a washing machine are available for longer stays. The apartment is on the 1st floor (no lift).

Dining

The kitchenette is well stocked for self-catering; numerous restaurants and a bakery are steps away.
The kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and utensils - sufficient for preparing full meals. A dining table seats four. A bakery two doors away supplies fresh bread and pastries, making breakfast at home easy. Within a 5-minute walk, diners can find French bistros, crêperies, and an Italian restaurant. The host also keeps the kitchen well equipped for cooking, as confirmed by long-stay visitors.

Leisure

No on-site wellness facilities, but the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro gardens, and Seine riverbanks are within walking distance.
The apartment has no gym, pool, or spa. However, the neighbourhood offers excellent leisure options: the Trocadéro gardens provide green space and iconic views, the Seine riverbanks are a 15-minute walk for strolls or boat rides, and the Eiffel Tower area is ideal for sightseeing and picnics. Public transport gives quick access to Parisian museums, parks, and entertainment.

Amenities

Free high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a responsive host who manages private check-in.
Internet is free and fast at 344 Mbps - enough for streaming 4K and video calls. Check-in is private: the host meets you at the apartment and hand-delivers the keys. Late check-out until 13:00 is included. The host is highly responsive and available by message throughout the stay. Luggage storage is not offered on-site, but the neighbourhood has storage services within a 5-minute walk. No pets or smoking allowed. Smoke alarms are installed for safety.
