PEPI COMFORT APARTMENT, Florence

The apartment is located less than 1 km from Piazza della Signoria and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, placing all major historical landmarks - including the Accademia Gallery and Uffizi Gallery - within easy walking distance. Florence airport is roughly 11 km away. The neighbourhood is quiet yet central, with a supermarket right around the corner and several restaurants and cafés within a 5-minute walk. The property sits inside the ZTL (limited traffic zone), so car access requires planning, but the area is excellent on foot or by public transport. Florence's main train station is also within a short walk.

The apartment offers one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Air conditioning and heating are available in every room, making it comfortable in all seasons. The property is well soundproofed and located in a quiet zone, which supports restful sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, tea and coffee maker (Nespresso machine but no capsules included; a traditional coffee maker is provided with coffee). A cot is available on request for families with infants. The apartment is recently renovated and clean, with double refrigerators for longer stays. No washing machine is present.

The apartment's kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, cookware, and a dining area, ideal for preparing meals. A supermarket is located right around the corner, making grocery shopping very convenient. Within 300 metres, there are multiple dining choices, including Acquacotta Trattoria Toscana, Dam Caffe Bistrot, and Rex Cafe, providing local Tuscan cuisine and casual options. The property does not have its own restaurant or bar, but the central location means many eateries are accessible on foot.

An ice-skating rink is situated within a short distance of the apartment, providing an additional leisure activity. No other wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, gym, or sauna are present on site.

WiFi is free in all areas. Express check-in/out and private check-in are available, along with luggage storage for an additional charge - useful for early arrivals or late departures. The property has 24-hour security with fire extinguishers and key access. Parking is available nearby but costs €40 per day and must be reserved in advance. Pets are not allowed. There is no washing machine or daily housekeeping, but the apartment is spotlessly clean upon arrival.
