The apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs, each with a shower and bidet), and a living room with a sofa bed and dining area. The sofa bed is comfortable for an extra guest, making the apartment suitable for one couple or a small family with a child.
