Hotel Details

Location

Central Abu Dhabi on Mina Street, near bus stops and within walking distance of restaurants.

The property is located on Mina Street in the Zahya area, close to Capital Hotel. Zayed International Airport is 32 km away. Qasr al-Hosn (4 km), Al Wahda Mall (5 km), Louvre Abu Dhabi (7 km), and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (17 km) are all easily reachable. Multiple dining options - including Kareem's Restaurant, Spice Empire, and Blu Sky Lounge & Grill - are within a 5-minute walk. Bus stops nearby make the city accessible without a car, though the building entrance is not always obvious; confirm directions before arrival.

Accommodation

Air-conditioned single rooms with sea-view balconies, shared bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Rooms include a private entrance, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. Each room has a balcony with sea views, though not every booking is guaranteed a sea-facing room - requesting confirmation on check-in is wise. A shared bathroom is standard; some arrangements involve sharing the toilet with another room. The unit has one single bed. The room also features a desk and chair, ironing facilities, tea/coffee facilities, and carpeted flooring. The property operates as an adults-only hostel (no children), so sound carries between rooms; light sleepers should bring earplugs.

Dining

Shared kitchen facilities for self-catering, with many restaurants a short walk away.

No on-site restaurant or breakfast service is available. The property provides a shared kitchen equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, and an electric kettle - ideal for preparing your own meals. For dining out, Kareem's Restaurant, Spice Empire Restaurant, Blu Sky Lounge & Grill, The Foundry, Oasis Chinese Restaurant, Gunaydin Gourmet Bakery & Cafe, Kahraman, and The Royal Yacht Restaurant are all within a 0.3-0.5 km walk. Grocery delivery service is available for an additional charge.

Leisure

No fitness, spa, or pool facilities are available on site.

This property does not offer a gym, spa, swimming pool, or dedicated leisure area. The terrace provides outdoor seating and a view of the surrounding area. For wellness activities, guests can explore nearby attractions such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi (7 km) or take a walk along the Corniche.
