Located in the real centre, the apartment is a 9-minute walk from the Picasso Museum, less than 1 km from Malaga Cathedral and 1 km from Alcazaba. The Jorge Rando Museum is just a 3-minute walk away. La Malagueta Beach is 2 km from the property, a 20-30 minute walk downhill; alternatively, a bus to the city's beaches can be caught from a stop 10 minutes away. Malaga María Zambrano Train Station is 3 km away, and the Port of Malaga is 4 km away. Numerous restaurants, bars and shops are within a 3-5 minute walk on the largely flat streets of the historic centre. The apartment is in the heart of the action but on a calm side street, ideal for exploring the city on foot without needing a car.

The air-conditioned apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom with a shower. The living area includes a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a dining/work desk. The fully equipped kitchen features a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, cookware and utensils. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer are also provided. The room has soundproofing and blackout blinds, creating a quiet environment, and the interior is modern and fresh. Sea views are visible from the balcony. Note that all 4 beds are in a single combined sleeping/living space - the sofa bed is in the same room as the main bed.
