The area is quiet despite being central, with limited car traffic. Note that the streets are cobblestone, which can be challenging with wheeled luggage. The nearest public parking is 2-5 minutes away on Cano y Cueto Street. Public transport and walking tour meeting points are nearby.

The building contains three apartments: two two-bedroom units (no terrace) and one one-bedroom unit with a private terrace on the third floor. Apartments feature hardwood floors, a dining area, and a sofa. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Bedrooms have a wardrobe and linen. Some apartments include a jacuzzi on the balcony. Condition and décor vary between units; some have been recently updated while others show signs of wear. Light sleepers may prefer an apartment away from the rooftop bar area to avoid occasional noise from events.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate but can be pre-arranged at Hotel Murillo for a reduced price. The on-site restaurant offers Spanish cuisine at affordable prices. The rooftop bar is a popular spot for evening drinks with views over the gardens and city.
