PODERE BOSCHETTO R&B, Bologna

The property is located on the Bologna hills, offering scenic views of the surrounding countryside and the San Luca sanctuary, which is an 18-minute walk away. Bologna city centre with Piazza Maggiore is 8 km away, and the MAMbo museum is 6 km from the property. Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is 11 km away. Public transport connections to the centre and exhibition venues are limited, so a car or taxi is recommended for reaching major events like Cosmoprof or concerts at Unipol Arena (approximately 8 km). Each room features air conditioning, heating, parquet flooring, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms include a shower or bath, a bidet, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Practical amenities include a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, and a work desk. Rooms face the garden, providing a quiet outlook, and the lift provides easy access between the ground floor and the mezzanine level. The property has no rooms with a balcony, and the rooms are well-suited for a comfortable, restful stay in a rural setting.

Breakfast is a buffet featuring Italian-style items such as fresh pastries and juice, alongside gluten-free options, served in a bright common room with a panoramic view of the Bologna hills. The breakfast is included in select room rates; availability can be confirmed at booking. There is no restaurant on site for lunch or dinner, and no bar or room service. For other meals, short drives to Bologna's city centre offer extensive dining options. The property's shared lounge and dining area are available for guests who wish to eat their own food.

The property does not have a spa, swimming pool, or gym. Leisure options are limited to the outdoor garden and the shared lounge/TV area, which offer a relaxed setting with scenic views. The garden is ideal for enjoying the countryside atmosphere. The hillside location also provides opportunities for walks, particularly to the nearby San Luca sanctuary. Guests seeking full wellness facilities should plan to visit city-centre venues.
