POLA'S HOUSE, Milan

The apartment sits on Viale Monza, a quiet street just steps from the M1 metropolitana line, which reaches Duomo in about 10 minutes. Milano Centrale is a 20-minute walk or a short ride. Lambrate Metro Station is 2 km away, and GAM Milano is 3 km from home. Brera Art Gallery is 4 km away. A supermarket is located directly next door, and numerous restaurants - including Pizzeria Gennari, Note di Cucina, and Le Nove Scodelle - are within a 5-minute walk. The location is practical for getting around by foot or metro, less suited for car travel given the lack of parking.

The apartment contains one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, tea and coffee maker, and coffee machine. The unit is spacious enough for 4 people with 2 beds, and includes air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV. The living room provides extra space. The property is a semi-basement apartment with high ceilings, which stays naturally cool during warm weather and offers a very quiet environment. Furnishings are modern and clean, with attention to interior comfort. The bathroom is private. The compact kitchen is suitable for light cooking, though guests who plan extensive cooking may prefer the nearby dining options. Overall, the accommodation works well for short to mid-term stays, especially for couples or small families.

WiFi is free throughout the property. Air conditioning is effective and appreciated during heatwaves. The apartment includes a washing machine and cookware. Pets are allowed at no extra charge. There is no parking on site. Linens and towels are included in the price, with daily change available if guests handle the change themselves. The host is communicative and helpful, providing clear instructions for key collection and responding quickly to questions. The property is non-smoking throughout.
