Saint Augustine by-the-Sea is 200 m away, and Honolulu Zoo and Waikīkī Shell are both 300 m from the property. The eastern side of Waikiki feels slightly less crowded than the main tourist strip. Many dining options are within a few blocks, including a famous local food spot and a tonkatsu place. Honolulu Airport is 12 km away. Free on-site parking is available with advance reservation, making a rental car practical. Waikiki beach is about a two-block walk.

All units are one-bedroom apartments with a separate living room. The bedroom can be closed off with a sliding door, offering privacy for groups. Beds are full-size (double), and many units include a sofa bed; an extra futon can be provided on request. Kitchens are fully equipped with stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and cooking utensils. Complimentary starter toiletries and dish soap are provided. Towels and bed linen are included. Upper-floor rooms offer views of Diamond Head, the beach, or the mountains. Some rooms have a balcony (lanai) - confirm when booking. Air conditioning is free and effective; in breezy weather, windows can be opened for natural ventilation. Units vary in price depending on floor level and renovation status.

The property does not have a restaurant. A snack bar and coffee house on site offer drinks and light snacks, and there are vending machines for drinks and snacks. Many restaurants are within a short walk - including Arancino di Mare, Hy's Steak House, Domino's Pizza, and Lu Lu's Waikiki - all within 0.5 km. A local food spot and a tonkatsu place are nearby. The full kitchen in each apartment allows self-catering.

The recreation deck includes a swimming pool (scheduled to re-open April 20, 2026), hot tub, showers, sauna (free), large BBQ area, children's playground, putting green, and outdoor furniture including a picnic area and sun terrace. Tennis and basketball courts are currently under renovation. A golf course is available within 3 km for an additional charge. Strollers are available for families.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Private parking is on site and free, but a reservation must be made at booking. Accessible parking and an electric vehicle charging station are available. Laundry facilities are on every floor ($2 per cycle). A mini-market is on site. 24-hour security with CCTV and smoke alarms is in place. The ATM/cash machine on site provides added convenience. Late check-in is possible with self-check-in instructions.
