PORTA VITTORIA RESIDENCE, Milan

The apartment sits in a quiet residential pocket near Porta Vittoria Station (S-line), with tram 27 and bus 60 providing direct routes to the historic centre. For Linate Airport, the 973 bus takes about 15 minutes. Metro access (Dateo line) is within an easy walk, while Villa Necchi Campiglio and Porta Romana Metro Station are both 3 km away. The area feels safe and includes a supermarket and several restaurants within a few hundred metres, making self-catering and spontaneous dining straightforward.

The apartment contains a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, sleeping up to three people across two beds. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The kitchen is well-stocked with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and dining table. Additional comfort features include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, a wardrobe, ironing equipment, and a safety deposit box. The unit is ground-floor with a private patio overlooking the street, and the building is quiet overall. Those sensitive to external noise should note the patio faces the city, but the area itself is described as calm.

Internet is free throughout the apartment. A washing machine is available for longer stays. Luggage storage is offered in a common area; bags can be left before check-in and picked up until around 18:00 on checkout day. The host provides detailed entry instructions and stays in touch during the stay to ensure everything is running smoothly. The apartment is non-smoking throughout and family rooms are available. No parking is provided, so car-free or transit-based travel is the practical choice here.
