The hotel is embedded in a busy market and auto-parts district, with a mosque directly opposite. The Naif neighbourhood is a dense, lively part of Old Dubai, filled with Indian and Pakistani eateries, budget shops and street vendors. Baniyas Metro Station on the Green Line is within easy walking distance, making city-centre access straightforward. Taxis are available 24 hours from the main road. Public parking is extremely limited and paid parking is about 400 metres away. The area is safe but very busy; the immediate street is narrow and can be difficult to navigate during Friday prayers.

Room sizes vary; some are described as spacious while others feel very small, especially the bathrooms. The standard setup includes a flat-screen TV, AM/FM alarm clock and free toiletries. Bedding configuration is not always as booked - twin beds are often pushed together for couples instead of a double bed. Some rooms have a kitchenette, but kitchens are not standard in all units. Rooms are generally functional for sleeping but may feel dark, with limited natural light. Air conditioning noise and a noisy fridge are common. Some units have no windows, so light sleepers should request a room with a window and away from the street.

The hotel does not offer its own breakfast or dining facility. Nearby restaurants include Afghan Ariana Restaurant (0.5 km), Pak Liyari Restaurant (0.5 km) and Al Kabab Al Afghani (0.5 km), providing options for casual meals. Several cafés and fast-food outlets are also within 500 metres. There is no bar or room service dining; guests must go out for meals.

Reception is staffed around the clock but has limited waiting and seating space. An airport shuttle can be arranged - taxis and a metro connection are also viable alternatives. Luggage storage is available, useful for late check-out or early arrival. There is no on-site parking. Lift access is limited; one lift serves the upper floors and has been reported as unreliable. Daily room cleaning is basic and may require requesting towels and toiletries at the desk. Wi-Fi is free but can be slow; a mobile data backup is recommended for reliable connectivity.
