PRIMOPIANO - RG26, Milan

The apartment sits in a top-rated area for location, within walking distance of the city centre (about 25 minutes to the Duomo). Milano Dateo Metro is a short walk away, and the closest metro, Porta Venezia, is 600 m. A tram stop is right outside, providing quick connections to major sights. The area is packed with restaurants, bars, and a Carrefour supermarket on the same block. From Milan Central Station, you can take a tram or bus that stops very close to the flat.

The flat features one separate bedroom with a large bed (one bed total), a living room with a sofa bed and dining area, plus a well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Air conditioning and heating are available. The property is on the third floor without a lift, which may affect mobility. Practical issues noted: the shower cubicle is very small and the door does not seal properly, causing water on the bathroom floor. The apartment has no dedicated bathroom heating, so towels and floor dry slowly. Mold and moisture have been reported in corners, often covered by paint. Bed quality is firm but the mattress may feel uneven. The sofa bed is noted as comfortable when opened. Storage is minimal, with a wardrobe and basic hangers.

The apartment's kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils - ideal for preparing your own meals. A Carrefour supermarket is on the same block for groceries. There is no on-site restaurant, but the surrounding area is packed with dining options: La Pizza Biscottata Gourmet, Da Giannino, Pizza OK, and more are less than a 5-minute walk. The bar on the ground floor serves excellent breakfast and coffee. For a wider variety, the city centre is a 25-minute walk or a short tram ride away.

WiFi is free throughout the apartment. A washing machine and ironing facilities are provided. Daily housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee. Check-in is from 15:00, with a self-check-in process: you receive access instructions one day before after completing online registration. Late check-in (after 23:30) is allowed. Check-out is at 10:00. All payments are made online; no credit card is needed physically. The building has key access and is described as safe with two gates. There is no parking available. The property is on the third floor without a lift. No pets allowed, no smoking.
