Madame Tussaud's is 15 minutes on foot, while Hyde Park, Marble Arch, and the shops of Oxford Street are within a 15-20 minute walk. Big Ben, the London Eye, British Museum, and other central sights are reachable in about 30 minutes by Tube or bus. The area is lined with cafés, restaurants, and shops, and Paddington mainline station is 10 minutes away for rail connections.

Rooms are compact and functional, ranging from 8 to 11 m². Bed configurations include 6-bed and 9-bed dorms (mixed and female-only) as well as a triple room with a single bed. All rooms have shared bathroom facilities with showers and toilets on each floor. Bunk beds are triple-stacked in some dorms; the top bunks have limited headroom, and the beds are close together. In-room security lockers are provided but only fit small items - larger luggage can be stored in the free luggage room. Each bed has an individual power socket. The property is located on a busy main road: rooms facing the street can experience traffic and emergency-vehicle noise. Windows can be opened, but street noise remains. Heating is available; no air conditioning. Emergency lighting in corridors and rooms can create a blue glow overnight.

The pub and restaurant Burger Craft are located on the ground floor and offer American-style food with vegetarian and vegan options. The bar is open 24 hours for guests, with a large selection of craft beers, ales, and gin. Breakfast is served daily from 09:00, featuring full English/Irish, vegetarian, and vegan choices - available for an additional charge of £11. The pub also offers lunch and dinner, including the signature burgers, and hosts live sport broadcasts free of charge. Wine and champagne are available at an additional cost. The surrounding area has many other dining options within a few minutes' walk, including Middle Eastern, Italian, and Chinese restaurants.

The main leisure offering is the ground-floor pub, which features live sport broadcasts (free), board games, and a lively social atmosphere. There is no fitness centre, pool, or spa. However, the central location puts Hyde Park - excellent for jogging, cycling, or relaxing - within a 15-minute walk. Guests can also join free walking tours offered by the hostel (subject to availability).
