Notre-Dame is a 10-minute walk, the Panthéon a 5-minute stroll, and the Jardin des Plantes is reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Gare Montparnasse can be reached in 15 minutes by bus 89 or is a 30-minute walk. For Charles de Gaulle Airport, take RER B to Saint-Michel - Notre-Dame and switch to metro line 10. The area is filled with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and shops, with several dining options within 0.5 km. The student neighbourhood gives a safe, vibrant atmosphere with easy access to all major sights on foot or by public transport.

The hotel offers double, twin, and triple rooms. Double rooms come with one bed and can include a bath or shower; twin rooms have two separate beds; triple rooms have three beds. All rooms include soundproof walls, air conditioning, heating, a minibar, a wardrobe, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Some double and triple rooms feature a balcony - request one at booking. Room sizes vary: some guests find standard double rooms compact, while higher-floor or corner rooms can be more spacious. Street-facing rooms on lower floors may hear traffic or noise from nearby brasseries, while upper-floor rooms are quieter.
