The central location means almost everything can be done on foot, and the surrounding neighbourhood is calm at night despite its centrality.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms (one double, one twin), a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with bath and shower. The master bedroom is notably large, while the second bedroom has limited space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. Air conditioning and heating are available throughout. The apartment gets good natural light and a private balcony and terrace provide outdoor space. Bed comfort is variable: some mattresses and pillows are worn, and light sleepers may want to request a room away from the road if noise is a concern. The property is on the second floor with no lift.
