The apartment sits in a highly rated neighbourhood, just 500 metres from MAMAC and 2 km from Avenue Jean Medecin. It is 8 km from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, easily reached by tram. The port and Castle Hill are within walking distance, giving access to panoramic views. Grocery stores, bakeries, and several restaurants - including King Sushi, Le Rubis, and Le Pellegrini - are all within a 5-minute walk. The tram line outside the building provides a direct connection to the city centre and the Promenade des Anglais, making car-free exploration straightforward.

The studio sleeps 2-4 people with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. The private bathroom includes a shower, slippers, and free toiletries. The well-equipped kitchen has a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and sufficient cookware and dishes for longer stays. A washing machine and ironing facilities add convenience. The air conditioning is effective even in hot summer conditions, and the balcony offers outdoor space.
