For drivers, parking is available at Garage San Marco or Autorimessa Comunale in Piazzale Roma, a 3-5 minute walk from the apartment. Main attractions like St. Mark's Square, La Fenice Theatre, and Ca' d'Oro are a pleasant 20-30 minute walk or a short vaporetto ride away. The street itself is safe and quiet, with several trattorias, cafés, and a grocery store within a few hundred metres.
