RESIDENCE CENTER OF PARIS BY STUDIO PRESTIGE, Paris

The unit accommodates up to two people comfortably. It has a well-fitted kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, and kitchenware. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The apartment can feel humid and condensation may form near windows. The entrance is via a small alleyway which may feel less secure at night. Noise carries from the staircase, and the walls are thin - conversation from adjoining areas can be heard.

The apartment has a full kitchen for self-catering, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, kettle, and dining area. For eating out, options include Les Rupins, Romita Trattoria, El Guacamole, La Becane A Gaston, Le Bistro, Sur Mer, and Assanabel Paris - all just 0.5 km away. Boulangerie Papatissier is also that distance for fresh bread and pastries.

Wifi is free but may not work reliably - confirm the correct network and password before your stay. The property has a private entrance, smoke alarms, and non-smoking throughout. A washing machine and dryer are in the apartment. The TV has been reported to have reception issues. There is no on-site reception; communication is by phone or email. The property is located on a street that can feel unsafe at night for solo travellers.
