The property is set between the elegant Pagano district and the modern CityLife area, in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. The Metro M1 line stop is just 200 m away, with trams 100 m from the entrance, providing easy access to Milan Central Station (around 30 minutes) and the Duomo (about 25 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by transit). Santa Maria delle Grazie and The Last Supper are a 15-minute walk (1 km), while MUDEC is 2 km and Sforzesco Castle 3 km. Several restaurants and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk along Corso Vercelli, making the location practical for both business and leisure stays. The area is well served for those attending Milan Fair or San Siro events.

Each unit is a fully self-contained studio or one-bedroom flat with a separate living area, private bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer, free toiletries), and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and cookware.
