RESIDENCE RAUBA CAPEU, Nice

The property is located on the port, offering direct access to the beach, the Promenade des Anglais, and the old town. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 6 km away. Public transport is excellent: a tram stop is just steps away, providing quick connections to the city centre and train station. The building sits in a quiet area but is surrounded by shops, bakeries, and restaurants. The view of the harbour from the apartment is a key feature, and the morning sun on the balcony is a bonus for early risers.

Each apartment features a living room, separate bedrooms, and a well-fitted kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware. The unit sleeps up to 5 people with two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The bathrooms are private with a shower, hairdryer, and plenty of hot water. Bedrooms at the back of the apartment are quiet, while the living room offers a panoramic view of the port through large windows. The apartment is completely renovated with a minimalist, warm interior, high ceilings, and parquet floors. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV are included. Some units have a balcony with sea views.

The apartment kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and essential cookware. Several bakeries, butcher shops, and supermarkets are within a short walk for fresh groceries. The surrounding port area offers a variety of restaurants and cafés. The host provides a welcome pack with water and orange juice, which is handy for late arrivals.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas. There is no on-site reception, but the host communicates clearly via messages, including photos and videos for check-in. Late check-in can often be accommodated upon request. An invoice is provided. The property is non-smoking throughout and family rooms are available. Cots can be provided. Parking is off-site and costs €15 per day.
