RESIDENZA PORTA ROMANA, Milan

The property sits in a lively, well-connected area on a quiet residential street. The metro station is within a few minutes on foot, making the central attractions - Galleria Vittorio Emanuele (2 km) and Museo del Novecento (2 km) - easily reachable by public transport or on foot in about 20 minutes. Milan Linate Airport is 7 km away, and Malpensa Airport (45 km) is accessible via a well-connected shuttle from the city centre. Several restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are within a few minutes' walk, making the area self-sufficient for daily needs. Parking options include a 24-hour garage directly adjacent and street parking (subject to charges and limited temporary stops).

Each apartment has a separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, tea/coffee maker, and cookware. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a washing machine, a smartphone, heating, and an iron. Bed configurations range from 1 to 2 beds depending on the apartment. The properties are set within a gated complex with a courtyard, and all are on the ground floor with no steps, which is especially useful for those with luggage or mobility needs. The spaces are described as clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, suitable for both short city breaks and longer stays.

The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, tea/coffee maker, and cookware, allowing for independent meal preparation. The surrounding area offers a wide choice of dining options within 0.3-0.5 km, including Italian, Chianti street food, and other cuisines. Supermarkets are also nearby for groceries. No breakfast is provided on-site, so guests can either cook or visit one of the nearby cafés for a morning meal.

For recreation, there is a games room available for use. The secure complex also has a courtyard that provides a pleasant outdoor space for relaxing. Otherwise, the accommodation is geared towards city exploration, with excellent public transport and walking access to Milan's main sights, shopping, and dining.

WiFi is free and available throughout the property. Check-in and check-out processes are streamlined with express options; the host communicates clearly via WhatsApp before arrival and provides detailed instructions. Late arrivals can be accommodated without extra charge if agreed in advance. Check-out can be extended to 12:00 for free, or a late afternoon departure requires booking an additional night. Public parking is available at nearby garages (24-hour garage next door) and street parking (charges may apply). Street parking is available but not recommended for legal or practical reasons. The property is adults-only, so families with children should look for alternative accommodations.
