HOLIDAYS & HOME RESORT CALAHONDA GARDEN-MEDINA DEL ZOCO BEACH AND GARDEN, Sitio de Calahonda

The complex sits directly on the beach with sea views, putting the sand and Mediterranean within a few steps. Playa de Calahonda - Royal Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and La Cala Golf is 13 km from the property. Málaga Airport is 35 km distant by road - the paid airport shuttle and shuttle service are available for transport to and from the airport. Within walking distance you will find supermarkets, shops, and several restaurants and cafés, making daily errands and dining out convenient without a car. The area is quiet yet central enough to explore the Costa del Sol easily.

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower and a bath), a seating area, and a well-fitted kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and oven. Air conditioning, heating, soundproofed rooms, and a washing machine are provided. The private terrace includes garden furniture and a dining area, offering garden views. The main bedroom has a dressing area, and the apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV. While the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning unit may time out during the night, so consider this if continuous cooling is important. The space feels clean, well-equipped, and noticeably quiet, suited to families or small groups wanting a practical, home-like stay.

The year-round outdoor swimming pool features a shallow end, a fence around the pool, and ample sun loungers and umbrellas, all set within a lush garden with a grassy area. The pool is open all year and is complemented by free open-air bath and public bath facilities. Sun loungers are always available, and the garden offers picnic areas and outdoor seating. The beach is directly accessible from the property for swimming and sunbathing, and hiking is possible within 3 km (free, off-site). A golf course is also within 3 km (additional charge). The combination of pool, garden, and beach makes it simple to enjoy outdoor leisure without leaving the complex.

The property does not have its own restaurant, bar, or café. However, the immediate area offers several dining spots within short walking distance: Cafeteria Los Olivos and The Boathouse are 0.5 km away, while Bistro & Fondue, East & West kitchen, Trattoria Italiana, Italian Restaurant Villa Paradiso, and El Chanco are all about 0.5 km. A full kitchen is available in the apartment for self-catering, with supermarkets nearby for groceries. This setup works well for families or groups who prefer cooking or want flexible evening dining choices in the neighbourhood.
