Parking is available off-site by reservation, though many arrive by car to unload before depositing the vehicle in the garage.

Most apartments (excluding the attic) include a full kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dining area. The attic room has a double bedroom, private shower, and a standout roof terrace overlooking the old town. Apartments span the first and second floors; none are ground-level. Ground-floor studios are compact with kitchenette and two single beds. The atmosphere is quiet, with French windows that face an orange-tree-lined street. Rooms are noted for comfortable beds, good shower pressure, and practical equipment like irons and extra storage.

The property has no restaurant, but the surrounding La Macarena area is filled with dining options. Within 300 metres you'll find Muineira Sabor Gallego, El Lerele, Bar Plata, Bar Arco, and many others. A well-regarded tapas bar operates just outside the door.
