RIVERSIDE BY THE BEACH APARTMENTS, Pompano Beach

The property sits within a 2-block walk of the ocean, making beach trips easy on foot. Pompano Beach Amphitheater is 2 km away and the Isle Of Capri Casino And Race Track is 7 km from the site. Several restaurants-including Lucy's Italian Table, Sunset Catch, Umberto's Pizza, and Nikkis Orange Kitchen-are within 0.3-0.5 km, as is a Walgreens and a Publix supermarket. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is about 30 minutes by car; no shuttle is provided, so Uber or a bus are the recommended alternatives. The area is walkable for beach, dining, and shopping errands.

Units range from studio apartments (1 king bed, no separate living room) to spacious 2-bedroom apartments (1 king bed + 2 double beds, plus a living room). Each apartment includes a terrace or patio with garden views, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a coffee machine, and soundproof walls. Bathrooms come with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Kitchens are outfitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and cookware. Some rooms have been noted as older, while others feel renewed; requesting a recently updated unit may improve the experience. Noise from neighbours or the elevator can occur, so light sleepers should plan accordingly.

The property does not operate a restaurant or offer breakfast. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and cookware), enabling self-catering. A Publix supermarket is a 5-7 minute walk away, and multiple dining options-including Lucy's Italian Table, Nikkis Orange Kitchen, Umberto's Pizza, and The Foundry-are within a 5-minute walk. Guests who prefer cooking can use the on-site barbecue facilities.

The heated outdoor pool is open from dawn until dusk (or 8 AM to 8/9 PM, depending on the season) and includes a fence, sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool toys. A children's playground is available on site. The property also features a lush tropical garden, picnic area, and barbecue grills. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented at the property. For those who enjoy water sports, snorkelling, diving, and windsurfing are available nearby (some for an additional charge), and a golf course lies within 3 km.

WiFi is free and available in the rooms. Private, free parking is provided on site (one spot per unit; a second vehicle costs $15 per night). The building has a lift and offers accessible parking. Laundry is available on the premises (third-party machines: about $2 per wash and $2 per dry). Safety features include fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, a security alarm, security cameras in outdoor areas, and safety deposit boxes. Check-in is 16:00-23:30 with self check-in possible after midnight; the office is not staffed 24/7. Services offered include car hire and free express check-in/out. Pets are not allowed except service animals (with a $100 fee for other pets).
