Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 13 km away (30 minutes by metro or taxi). The side street setting keeps most street noise at bay, yet the area is packed with bars, cafes and eateries within 300 metres - including La Tasquita de Enfrente and Brunch Club Cafe. There is no parking on site, so public transport or taxis are recommended.

All double rooms include air conditioning and heating. Some rooms have a quiet street view, while others have a small window into a passage or no window at all, making ventilation and natural light limited. Room sizes vary - some are compact (around 2m wide) with just enough space for the bed, while others feel more spacious. Each room has a comfortable bed (though coverings are light - extra layers recommended in cooler months), a small table, chair, and hangers. Soundproofing is minimal: noise from neighbouring rooms, water pipes, and the street can be audible. Electrical outlets are limited (typically two), and there is no wardrobe. Shared bathrooms are cleaned regularly, but only one towel per person is provided for the entire stay.

WiFi is free in all rooms. There is no on-site parking - the location is best suited for travellers using public transport. The building has no lift; guests must climb stairs with luggage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00; late arrivals after midnight incur a 25 EUR cash surcharge. Staff are noted for being helpful and can assist with early check-in if rooms are ready.
