ROOMZ ROMESTAY, Rome

The property is located across the street from Rome Termini Train Station, providing direct metro access (line A and B) and bus services to both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station is a 6-minute walk, and the Colosseum is reachable on foot in about 19 minutes. Santa Maria Maggiore is 600 metres away. The surrounding area is lively with numerous restaurants and a food market inside Termini. For those arriving by bus to Termini, the property is right across the road. While the immediate vicinity can feel busy, the central location makes walking to most major sights practical.

The property offers double, twin, and triple rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries, air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, and a dining area. The twin room adds a wardrobe and heating. Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, and kitchenware, allowing for basic self-catering. Each unit has a terrace overlooking the city. The accommodation is practically furnished and well-maintained. Guests preferring a quieter environment may consider requesting a room away from the street, as the central location brings some ambient noise.

The property does not provide breakfast. Each room includes a dining area, refrigerator, electric kettle, and kitchenware for preparing simple meals or hot drinks. Immediately across the street inside Termini station is the Mercato Centrale food hall, offering a variety of Italian and international options. Within a 300-metre radius there are multiple restaurants including Trattoria Cecio, Ristorante Hua Qiao, and Da Guiseppe, as well as a coffee bar highly regarded for its espresso. The host can recommend nearby affordable dining spots.

The guest house does not have a pool, spa, gym, or dedicated leisure areas. Recreation revolves around Rome's city attractions, all easily reachable on foot or by metro from the station opposite.
